Mosacto & Cranberry Compote

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g Farmgate Cheese Dried Cranberries
  • Zest & Juice of 1 Orange
  • 2 heaped teaspoons Farmgate Cheese Moscato Jelly
  • 10ml Cognac
  • 100ml Water

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for approx 15-20 minutes until cranberries are softened and liquid reduced.

Serve warm with cheese or cold meats.
